1994
Voko Industries Limited started in the year 1994. Voko Industries Limited is the original owner of the fish processing business in Fiji.

2008
Viti Foods Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies, that has been operating at the same site as previously owned by Voko Industries. The production line was producing one of the best canned Mackerel sold in the
domestic market.


2010
Viti Foods Limited picked up from its top grade canned mackerel and began diversifying within the mackerel categories and the Tuna categories with the Skipper brand, which is now a household name here in Fiji.

2015
Viti Foods Limited has successfully penetrated the Pacific Island markets by introducing premium quality Mackerel & Tuna products within couple of years time and went through an absolute renovation to meet necessary food safety standard and also to add new line of Cooked Frozen Tuna Loins to the business while it is expanding production capacities to extend product range from both Mackerel and Tuna with various pack sizes and several different flavors of canned products. 

The HACCP certified factory is capable of processing 17,500Mt of Mackerel Fish and 10,000Mt of Tuna Fish in
a year.
